What are INOVATIV’s hours of operation?
INOVATIV is open 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 5:30PM. If you place an online order Friday through Sunday, your order will be processed on the following Monday.
Please keep this in mind when considering your shipping options.
We are closed for all major holidays.
Where are INOVATIV products made?
All INOVATIV carts and accessories are manufactured and assembled in California, USA. We have approximately 47 U.S. companies that support the production of our products. Our ability to design, manufacture, and assemble in-house allows our team to focus on quality at all times.
Payment and processing?
Allow up to 24 hrs for order processing. If you have an urgent order, please call (626) 969-5300. Payments are processed upon placing an order. All major credit cards, PayPal, and Affirm are accepted form of payments.
What is INOVATIV’S return policy?
If you need to return a product here is what you need to know: · As long as the INOVATIV product is in ‘Like New’ condition and you haven’t owned the product for more than 60 days, you can return your product for a full refund. · PayPal Returns have a non-refundable 5% return processing fee. Affirm Returns have a non-refundable 6% return processing fee. · We do not accept product returns that are not in ‘Like-New ‘ condition or older than 60 days. · Each product’s ‘Like-New’ status will be determined upon arrival prior to issuing a full refund.

What are your product disclaimers?
All products sold by INOVATIV, Inc. are constructed using CNC machines, presses, and punches therefore our products may have variations in appearance or small imperfections and unevenness.
What is your product warranty?
INOVATIV warrants, to the original user, its equipment carts and accessory products to be free of mechanical and manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under “normal” use for 5-years. If any problem should arise with an INOVATIV product you purchased from an authorized dealer, we will move mountains to be sure you are back up and running quickly. Here at INOVATIV we know and understand how important it is to have a well functioning piece of equipment at all times. How tall is a built up workstation from floor to the top shelf?
Approximately 40 Inches, depending on the tire size.
What are the working space/inner shelf dimensions for [X] workstation?

What are the differences between the NXT and EVO version of the Voyager?

What is the size of the threaded holes on the Threaded Rail Plates and the Crossbars?
3/8 In. on the Crossbars. 3/8 In. and 1/4-20 In. on the Rail Plates.
What is the suggested tire pressure on the 8 In. wheels? 10 In.?
Both are recommended to be inflated to 50 PSI.
Do you customize? Color? Size of the tubes? Specialty work?
Due to demand we are at capacity and cannot take on individual custom jobs. For customized workstations for orders exceeding 10 quantity, please email sales@inovativ.com.
How much maintenance is required for owning an INOVATIV cart workstation?
Our carts are designed to require low maintenance throughout the lifespan of the product. You will want to make sure that the tires are properly inflated and that moving parts are lubricated from time to time. In addition you’ll want to check that the bolts and fasteners are tight.
What type is the rack screw on the Deploy?

I want to purchase an accessory, but I already have some of the components, do I have to pay full price for it?
No, we sell most interchangeable parts solo on our website. If you have any specific questions, please contact us via phone, email, or web chat.
I’ve lost a part on my cart. Can I purchase replacement parts?
Yes. Please visit our replacement parts menu. if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, you can purchase replacement parts by contacting us directly via phone, email, or web chat.
Can I purchase one single DigiLeg?
Yes. Please email customerservice@inovativ.com or reach out via our web chat for assistance.
I already own a Pelican 1535. Do you sell the hardware to make a DigiCase Pro?
No. This process is specific to INOVATIV. We cannot guarantee a successful, damage-free installation performed by customers.
Will the Axis Wheel System work on other stands?
Yes, as long as the stand has 12 In. straps and uses 1 In. Square tubes.
What is the Axis footprint when fully assembled?

Shipping
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Here at INOVATIV we know how important it is to receive your products on time and in good working order. From time to time, products do arrive with shipping damage. If this happens to you, here are the steps you need to take to be sure your parts are replaced efficiently.
- Keep all packaging
- Take photos of all packaging and product damage
- Reach out to us via our website chat or send an email to customerservice@inovativ.com. Please include the images of Packaging and Product Damage.
- Immediately follow up with our support team at (626) 969-5300 for assistance
Can I come pick up my order from your HQ?
We are located in Azusa, CA, and love meeting our customers in person! Please leave a note at time of order, and we will follow up with an email or phone call to confirm customer pick up. Once your order is ready for pickup, INOVATIV will be in touch with you via email to schedule a pickup time.
How are Voyagers and Apollos shipped?
Voyagers and Apollo are shipped Ground unless otherwise specified.
How do you ship orders in the United States?
The method of how orders are shipped is entirely dependent on what is being shipped. All accessories are shipped Ground unless otherwise specified by you, or if freight shipping is required.
Expedited Shipping Policy
Order must be placed by 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time for same day shipment. Orders placed after 9:00 am will be shipped the following business day.
Free Shipping?
FREE U.S. Ground Shipping on orders over $100 (some exceptions apply). Valid ONLY for domestic orders and excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Freight Items that cannot ship by standard U.S. Ground Shipping are quoted at our cost, minus the average Ground Shipping cost for a Cart Workstation. Freight shipping for Apollo, AXIS Kits, Deploy, and Echo takes 4 business days to ship out. Due to the size of the workstation, it will be shipped on a pallet. Customer will need to be able to accept pallet shipments. Any cost incurred due to inability to deliver palletized shipments will be passed to the customer.
In-stock items generally take 7 -10 business days to ship. If a certain date is required, please contact INOVATIV directly for arrangements.Items that are not in-stock can take anywhere from 2 – 4 weeks to ship out. INOVATIV will send you an email to keep you updated on the status.
